Vojtěch Brlík is a PhD student at Charles University focused on movement ecology of birds. He is mostly interested in linking population trajectories, species trends and distribution changes with ecological space use in highly mobile migratory birds. For this purpose, he combines tracking devices, environmental markers and remote sensing data. Besides this, he develops tools for studying space use in migrants.
