Casey Setash is a PhD student at Colorado State University. She studied cinnamon teal breeding ecology in the San Luis Valley of Colorado for her Master’s and waterfowl hold a special place in her research interests and heart. She is currently studying breeding ducks on flood-irrigated agricultural land throughout northern Colorado.
