Emily Williams is an avian ecologist for the National Park Service at Denali National Park and Preserve in Alaska. At Denali, Emily researches the ecology, migration, and productivity of several passerines. She completed her MS on the dispersal ecology of Grasshopper Sparrows, which this paper is a part, at Kansas State University in 2016. She still studies Grasshopper Sparrow movement ecology.
