Andrea Santangeli is a conservation scientist currently based at the Research Center for Ecological Change, University of Helsinki, Finland. His work spans across the wide discipline of ecology, largely using birds as model species, and mainly focusing on applied ecology and conservation. He has worked with vultures, mainly in Southern Africa, since 2014, when he started collaborating with a small organization, Vultures Namibia devoted to the conservation of vultures in the country.
