Caoimhe is a current PhD student in the School of Agriculture and Food Science in University College Dublin, Ireland. She is studying the effects of agricultural intensity on the microbiome biodiversity of Irish wildlife and the emergence and spread of zoonoses and antimicrobial resistance.
