Catriona Corfield is a passionate advocate for Equality Diversity and Inclusion and has been at the forefront of leading meaningful change across the environmental sector. Catriona is currently a Diversity and Inclusion lead for the National Trust, and for the best part of a decade has worked in similar roles for the RSPB and the Woodland Trust. Catriona’s work has used both data and people’s lived experiences to drive cultural change in these organisations particularly in Gender Diversity, Race Diversity, LGBTQIA+ Equality, Disability Equality and health and wellbeing. This makes a real-world difference for others, especially through empowering staff and volunteers, and through wider organisational changes that create more equal, diverse and inclusive workplaces.
