Use of genomic tools to describe relatedness patterns within Greyish Baywing cooperative groups
About the author
Juan Manuel Rojas Ripari is a CONICET postdoctoral fellow, working at Universidad de Buenos Aires. During his research career he has worked with Baywings, the main host of the Screaming Cowbird (Molothrus rufoaxillaris), a specialist brood parasite. During his PhD he studied the kin relationship between and within cooperative groups and its impact on reproductive success of their own brood and parasitic nestlings. Currently he is working on vocal communication in cooperatively breeding birds.
