Kiran Dhanjal-Adams is a postdoctoral researcher at the Swiss Ornithological Institute. Her research focusses on analysing multisensor geolocator data to understand migratory routes, behaviours and strategies. Kiran has worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology and did her PhD at the University of Queensland on migratory shorebird conservation.
Tamara Emmenegger is a postdoctoral researcher at the Swiss Ornithological Institute. Her research centres on bird migration, and in particular on developing a mechanistic understanding of host-parasite interactions in migratory birds. She enjoys programming and developing methods for analysis as well as applying these on various question-driven research projects.
