Lucy Mason is a Conservation Scientist at the RSPB Centre for Conservation Science working primarily on projects related to the conservation of lowland breeding waders in the UK. Her current research is focussed on tackling the predation issues faced by breeding waders on lowland wet grassland, and in diagnosing and developing conservation management solutions to address the declines of redshank and other species on coastal saltmarsh.
