Penn Lloyd currently works as a consulting ecologist in Brisbane, Australia. He previously occupied a research position at the Percy FitzPatrick Institute of African Ornithology, University of Cape Town (2004-2008), and a
post-doctoral fellowship with Thomas Martin at the Montana Cooperative Wildlife Research Unit, University of Montana (2001-2004). While research is now a spare-time activity, Penn’s main interests are in understanding how different environments shape life history evolution and influence bird demography.
