Cristian Pérez-Granados worked as a researcher of the Autonomous University of Madrid within the project “Conservation of the Dupont’s lark Chersophilus duponti and its habitat in Soria (Spain)” (LIFE Ricotí). After a PhD focused on Dupont’s lark ecology and conservation (in Alicante University, Spain), he was hired for the LIFE Ricotí project where he was responsible for acoustic monitoring. Currently, he works as a post-doctoral researcher in the National Institute for Science and Technology in Wetlands (Federal University of Mato Grosso), as a member of the Computational Bioacoustics Research Unit (CO.BRA).
