Manuela Rodrigues is a postdoctoral researcher mainly interested in avian ecology and movement data. Her PhD thesis focused on the ecology of Eurasian Spoonbills, exploring the drivers behind the recent increase in Portugal’s wintering and breeding populations, as well as the subsequent colonisation of new areas within the context of global changes. Recently, she has also been conducting migratory connectivity analyses for bird species.
