Sophie Bennett is a PhD student researching the year-round population ecology and behaviour of seabirds. Her work focuses on understanding the drivers of individual variation in behaviour and how this may drive population-level change through investigating the demographic rates and the spatial movements of common guillemots.
Alice Edney is an MSc student, interested in the use of digital imaging technology for seabird monitoring and research. She is currently investigating the use of time-lapse photography for monitoring black-legged kittiwake.
