Clare is a PhD candidate in the Department of Ecology and Evolution at Stony Brook University. She is a member of the Lynch Lab of Quantitative Ecology, where she studies population dynamics of Adélie, chinstrap, and gentoo penguins on the Antarctic Peninsula. She loves being in the field, and has worked with a wide range of Atlantic, Pacific, and Southern Ocean seabirds. Being berated by terns brings her great joy.
