Edvaldo is a Brazilian biologist fascinated by the curiosities of the natural world and the remarkable diversity of organisms. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Biology and his Master’s degree in Ecology at the University of Brasilia, where he worked on the ecology and evolution of animal communication, under the supervision of Dr. Regina Macedo at the Lab of Animal Behaviour. He is particularly interested in behavioural ecology, bioacoustics, and ornithology, and whenever possible he is outdoors and birding.
