Dr. Jorge García-Macía is an ecologist and zoologist specialised in spatial ecology, population dynamics and the impacts of global change on birds. His research focuses on the movement ecology, population viability and reproductive drivers of Iberian raptors, with particular emphasis on the Osprey at present. He has worked extensively with several Iberian raptor species, including kites, vultures, kestrels and harriers.
