Michael currently works at a global management consulting firm and is based in Washington, DC, USA. He recently completed his PhD in Texas A&M University’s Ecology & Evolutionary Biology Program where he studied the effects of short-term weather patterns on avian populations. While doing so, worked closely with the Rob & Bessie Welder Wildlife Foundation where he held a Graduate Research Fellowship. He is also currently a collaborator on a project about ecological resilience in urban systems with colleagues from several different universities.
