Anna Tucker is a PhD Candidate at Auburn University where she is studying the stopover ecology of migratory shorebirds in Delaware Bay, using modeling tools to better understand stopover site use, response to shifts in resource abundance, and drivers of population dynamics for Arctic-breeding shorebirds. Her work with Team Warbler led to an interest in understanding the missing links in the avian annual cycle and the role of bird migration in connecting people and places.
