Darren O’Connell

Darren is an Irish Research Council Postdoc Fellow in the UCD Social Insect Behaviour and Genetics Lab, in University College Dublin. Darren’s primary focus is on using molecular tools to gain insight into the ecology and evolution of birds and insects. His wider research interests include biogeography, conservation biology, restoration ecology and behavioural ecology.
