Roselvy Juárez has a B.Sc. in Biology from Universidad Nacional de El Salvador in 2009, then worked for SalvaNATURA and later for Zamorano University in various roles, including as research assistant on bird monitoring programs from 2010–2014. In 2018, she obtained a M.Sc. from Universidad de Costa Rica focusing on the “Effect of urbanization on territory size, acoustic communication, and survival of birds inhabiting urban environments” at Laboratorio de Ecología Urbana y Comunicación Animal. She is now a Researcher at the Zamorano Biodiversity Center, where she studies the environmental impact of windfarms.
