Currently she is helping to raise Kiwi (Apteryx sp.) eggs and chicks for the National Kiwi Hatchery in New Zealand, and she is also a Research Affiliate of the University of Sydney. When her son is a little older, Lindsey hopes to pursue post-doctoral research on the altricial-precocial spectrum, with a focus on kiwi.
