Andrew Holden joins BOURC
The BOU is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Holden to its Records Committee (BOURC), in his capacity as the ex officio British Birds Rarities Committee (BBRC) representative. Andrew is also a serving member of the Scilly Rarities Committee and his main interests are migration, vagrancy and identification.
