Annual conference venue – Nottingham

The conference is held at the Jubilee Campus, Nottingham University – with on-campus accommodation provided for conference residents. The conference takes place in The Exchange, with accommodation for conference residents in the nearby Southwell Hall.

Travelling to the Jubilee Campus, Nottingham
The University of Nottingham is centrally placed in England and is easy to get to by road, rail and air.

By car
The university lies just to the east of the M1 motorway. See here for detailed directions.

Accommodation at Jubilee Campus, Nottingham
If you have booked as a Conference Resident you will stay in on-campus student accommodation at Southwell Hall. Rooms are a short walk from the conference venue. Each room has the following:

  • single bed
  • private bathroom
  • towels and toiletries
  • tea and coffee making facilities
  • mini fridge
  • complimentary wi-fi

There are also pantries and laundry facilities in the halls.

Are meals included?
Conference Residents have all their meals included in the price they have paid (as detailed on the booking page and your delegate booking confirmation from the BOU Office. Non-residents (i.e. those who have not booked accommodation as part of their conference attendance) will have the meals they have paid for detailed on their booking confirmation.   • Breakfast served in The Atrium
  • Morning and afternoon teas and coffees will be served in The Exchange
  • Lunch served in The Exchange
  • Dinner served in The Atrium
