• Poster presenters will have access to resources for their upcoming event via the individual conference page, accessible via the conference calendar. They will also be contacted by email with information relevant to their event.
• All poster presenters are asked to deliver a poster pitch within the oral programme of the conference. Each presenter has 30-seconds and a single slide to introduce themselves and their poster to the audience – it’s fast and fun, and a great way to ‘sell’ your poster.
• All posters are on display throughout the conference, in the same room where lunch and refreshments are served, giving plenty of opportunities for presenters to discuss their poster with delegates.
• Posters should be A0 in size and in portrait/vertical format.
• If you do not want your poster to appear on social media, please clearly indicate this on the poster.
