Andy Gosler awarded the BOU’s Union Medal
Steve Dudley (he/him)
Former BOU Chief Operations Officer
Dr Andrew (Andy) Gosler (above with wife Caroline Jackson-Houlston) was awarded the BOU’s Union Medal in recognition of his contribution to the BOU and ornithology. In particular, the award recognises the major role he played as Editor of Ibis (1999-2005) during a critical time of the journals development and for laying the foundation for the success the journal sees today.
A full citation will be published in Ibis in July.
